There are many products on the market to inoculate your soil with, some are good, some don't seem to do anything at all, and pretty much all are overpriced for the amount of microbes they actually provide.
There are probably many ways to make your own usable microbes for growing, but I'll list a few here, with links to instructional videos or relevant websites:
