Weak - a piddly-ass barely-a-hurricane hitting the east coast in August is about the most normal thing to happen this year.

Well, good luck! I never look at their wind-speeds and predictions. Except for rainfall amounts - those are usually pretty close.

I grew up in NOLA and went through several there. The "max sustained" thing always depends on how far out from the eye it actually stretches, and where you are in relation to the eye. So on this one there's a small area of coast actually getting it, but the yellow parts can be as weak as 39mph
