its fairly obvious by now that the site has been up some months
that just more than Canaks or Mericans are members here

so why not open it up to all members and offer an inducement as a prize

Well im a Canadian guy...I like this site and really its the only site I am on.
I find the people here very friendly and it don't matter to me where a person is located. Its how people treat other people that matters to me.

The reason was always to make it easy for me to mail them out. The only time i ever mailed seeds to the us i did it super stealthy.
Laws can be weird and i dont want to cause international incidents.
