I'd ask them to pull the pic and re-submit today for this month. You won't have enough votes for the running (I did this last month).

I think that the entry period should be cut off earlier so there's a 'liking' period with no new pics for a week or so at the end of the month.

Either that, or don't allow 'likes' until the last week. "Open for selection" of the final 3, 5, whatever. Then a vote.

Or if every submission was voted on at the same time - no weeding it down to a few.

Not bitching but I think there's a glitch we can fix to make it better.

If there was a way that at the end of the month we could see all pics at once with no tags or bs in between, maybe even just thumbnails we can check out, then each person rank their top three or five, I think it would rock.
