Sounds pretty good to me from that info. I'm looking at getting into some cobs.
They are on EBay, he is a stand up seller and ships fast. I also bought some of these and retro fitted an old blurple light frame that had active cooling.

Seems cool, for that price i’d run them at half the wattage, like at 50w and double the amount of diodes on my fixture and spread them out. If you get a dimmable driver you can run them at higher wattages if you need to. I’m using 450w in a 4x4 and i’m very happy with it.

Citi 1212s are great. i have 2 fixtures that have 4 each.
Mine are the 97CRI 3k ones but i got it for bloom. They grow great buds.

My fixtures run at 240 watts (4 x 1212 citis) and i run them at 200 watts each or 50 watts per cob. There is no visual difference between that and full blast really and i need to tweak things to keep the temps just ring in the room.

I find they grow great buds.

I am running Citi1212 90cri and they work good . They don't perform as well as the Lights Turp has but for the price very good .
