Bud rot!

Well fuck. This is something new to me. I had some funky looking leaf. Just I as thought... Bud rot!!
Never had this happen to me before. I removed the one bud that is infected. Hopefully the only one. I've 1 week more to go befor chop.

Any suggestions how I should tackle this issue?

Do You have a temp and humidity gauge in your grow tent/ room ? Also are u doing any foliar feeding or misting in flower? Hope You get control of it . I bought the gauges I use at my grocery store cheap as hell but work awesome

I have. My rh is between 45-55% and temp usually dont go over 31c and under 23.
I got these cuttings from a friend. He had problems with the same pheno type aswell so I think it's genetic.

The magic 8 ball tells Me You will have new genetics soon that don't have that issue . Hope the rest of the plant(s) You are able to save and enjoy.

Foliar feeding is spray mist feeding a plant, mostly in veg but people in super dry areas sometimes do it, I never do in flower Myself. Kelp spray in veg is very good.

Rest of the buds on the "infected" plant looks stellar.. I just installed another fan. And I'll buy a few dehumidifiers for closets and see if they would help..
It seems like I'll be chopping them a bit earlier than I planed..

I've done it once in veg when I started growing. Had some burn marks as result's from my hps. So I never did it again

Air flow is the key. I regularly hit 80% rh in my flower tent, almost daily actually. But I oversized my exhaust fan and keep the air circulating real well. No issues with bud rot or PM. Good genetics helps too. Hope you get it sorted, good luck!

Harvest the plant with rot , I agree with SoLow, that 1 week isn't worth it spreading and ruining the entire run sweetie.

I either harvest it tomorrow, or throw it in my veg tent for a couple of days so I can flush it.
However I will isolate it from the others

Hey just a follow up question, how did those buds turn out i recently had the same issue only i caught it right on harvest day chopped the obviously bad nugget off threw out, and then chopped and dried as normal, all my biggest tops were fuzzy in the middle seemed to have happened during drying, wondering if you found anymore???

@Gweedo was that from an indoor plant or outdoors? Fuzzy stuff inside buds on outdoor stuff is most likely worms.

usually once it is spotted, that won't be the only place you got it and if you have good air movement, those mold spores will be everywhere. Like bugs, just because you just seen em don't mean they ain't been there, just sayin. The earlier you catch it the better, as you can treat the plants, the later you find it, the worse it is. I'd make a concentrate of some sort with it, jmho

It was an indoor plant, had some amazingly dense monster nugs up top, their greatness and my high ass humidity = trashcan didnt know there was a concentrate option for the rotted buds

And the shit was camouflaged as well i may have toasted one side a bit testing light height so there was no obvious way to spot it amongst the already toasted leaves

Dang that sux, I was just checking because I found some worms on my outdoor plants and know you are in my neck of the woods. Yeah you can get rid of the bad moldy spots and do a qwiso concentrate or rosin press the rest so it's not a total loss. Hope things get better.
