Edibles are your friends.

If you want to do tinctures, be ready to play with recipes and processes because it's really easy to make ones that separate or taste really nasty.

I have been messing around with them for a minute only issue I have run into is most use everclear as the solvent the end product takes a layer of skin off the underside of your tongue but I like the deeper body high...

I just started reading up on them I never knew you dont get a high from them I can see the benefits but I also like that permagrin I get from other "routes of ingestion"
