Something in the same realm of those red party cups? A solo cup is something like 2-3 inches wide by 6 inches tall. Sorry, hope this helps.

Try to keep it in the 16oz area would be my suggestion but it also needs to be cool with other contestants.

The most I personally have pulled was 33 grams dried. On average though.....14-20 grams dried with a veg time of 4 weeks.
