Was going to say sprintails to. They are composters. Dont think they eat live roots. Does look like you have a pretty healthy colony of them. People in the dart frog community inoculate their tanks with them. They are a great high calcium food for the frogs.

And a little bit of deficiency going on. Organic any ideas? Cal? Should be lots of egg shells in the worm bin. Maybe under watered?

Ya im hoping. I think all three pots are on their 2nd year. I was first worried they didnt have much nitrogen left as the previous years plants faded pretty fast but im thinking its just a organic thing. I do make some tea out of compost. That and rain water is it so far.

I would pot. You may have to keep the humidity high and light low till dirt roots get going. A plant will grow roots suited to what medium it is in, so those water roots will have to change to dirt roots.
