People have been posting pics on Heisen's discord and the seeds look like shit. Some have cracked, so are cracked with tails poking out, and some are immature. It's like he doesn't realize H let seeds dry and ditched the shitty ones.
Here's two of the posts
If you guys are still buying from Greenpoint then just be careful. People have been posting seeds they've bought from him and he's not drying them properly so some of them are germinating in the packs before they arrive.
Thanks for checking in. I'm not planning on firing up the grow tents until mid to late summer. I have a massive to-do list of shit I want to get done around the house so that and the veggie garden are going to keep me busy.
I haven’t grown any more lately. I grew enough to last me a pretty long time but I might grow more this fall for fun. I’m cutting back my weed growing, so that’s why I’ve been less active here lately. The electric bills in my state are ridiculous right now, and I have a ton of weed jarred up...
Greenpoint seeds, who Heisen breeds for, has their own Discord server, too. Here's an invite to that. I'm not an admin over there anymore so this link is only good for 7 days. https://discord.gg/bj7AbmQN
It's not super busy over there right now, but Heisen is more active over there and over on the Greenpoint discord. It seems like things pick up over there and here in the spring and summer.
If you have problems logging in then the easiest way to get a hold of me or H would be to sign up for his Discord server here https://discord.gg/WKpEw56jpp and either post in the "help-me" section or send us a private message. Even if you don't want to use Discord, it's worth signing up to it...
The entire site was down for close to a week during the holidays.
I just went to see if anyone posted on rollitup that they couldn't log in here and their forum is down. Apparently it's been done for at least a week?
It was right around Christmas but things here slowed down a lot even before that. People who were active here probably just got busy with life and haven't checked in. I've personally been busier with work, and have cut back my smoking, so I've also cut back my growing to get my electric bill...
If I have a leggy seedling I will plant it deeper when I transplant. I typically like for the cotyledons to be about an inch off the soil. Any closer than that and top dressing becomes a pain in the ass when the plants get bigger.
It is. It did great last year (3rd year), but I think I did something that fucked it up at the end of the season, because it barely produced this year. I didn’t harvest anything from it this year and just left it alone so it could grow out and get stronger for next year.
Here's some pics of Heisen's "Disco Inferno". The whole tent shot was from a few days ago and the closeups were taken yesterday which was day 62 of flower.
