My test run of printed plant stakes

I think I've mentioned this before, but I'm a total dork when it comes to making labels for everything, and it's probably because I took up graphic design in high school. These aren't the final product, because I mistakenly ordered water slide decal sheets for inkjet instead of laser, so I had to print these onto paper and glue them to my stakes for now. The water slide decals will look better, and last longer, so I need to either order the correct type or borrow/buy an inkjet. None of the artwork is mine, I just found artwork online and modified it all to fit the aspect ratio of the stakes. I need to do some sort of fade on that Black Domina label, too.

Those are great man I really like that black domina and the northern lights both of which I will be needing but for my blackened oranges (bag of oranges and black domina) I love it and it looks way better than my chicken scratch

Thanks! Yeah, right now I'm just pre-making a bunch for all the strains I have seeds for. Just finished this one from some cool Durban Poison artwork I found.

I really wanted to make one with this artwork but it's just too busy for a small label.

I am going to zip you a message later on this evening when I get home from my daughter's softball game. Was hoping to talk about creating some labels for a run coming up. Would pay handsomely...
I'm no good at creating art from scratch, but I'm decent at graphic manipulation. If you intend to use any of the artwork commercially then I will just need to make sure whatever artwork I use is permitted to be used or the artwork would need to be purchased from an image stock company in order to be used legally. If it's for your own personally stuff then there's no issue using anything on the web. It just becomes an issue when money changes hands along with the artwork.

I should be able to make something on my own....just need the label part created. I intend to get one but not on the top of my list at the moment. There would be no stolen art from any company or brand of any kind.

If you create your own then Avery has templates on their website where you can upload the artwork for the labels and then download a PDF that will print correctly for their label sheets. This is what I use for the jar labels I make.

Here's a screenshot of how their website lays them out for 2.5" round jar labels.

Thanks. Ill have to look through different places. I got a huge run coming and I want even the labels to be legit as possible instead of usual. Plus its puts some money in someone's pocket.
