Have read claims of how tap root emerges being an indicator as well. Cracks out of the tip - Female, from the side - Male. Haven't paid attention ever. Easy enough to check next run.

From pointy or concave tip? Some seeds have very pronounced pointy on both ends.

I noticed those fence sitters as well. I guess even if everybody here plants volcano's and gets girls, that doesn't mean that the others will not make girls.

Right. However it might mean that volcano and non fence sitters may increase probability of females.
About 12 years ago an old time grower told me that he would put his seeds under T5 for 2 weeks and swore by it. He spent a lot of money on fems (they were much more expensive then) and he didn't buy any more fems since trying out the T5 thing. Haven't seen him since to verify if he's kept that success rate.

When i was a kid i would save up my allowance to get exotic shit from the grocery store.

We ate basic newfie vegetables. It is an island that is a part of Canada in the most easterly part of the nation on an island. And they are a very different people than the mainlanders!

Potato carrot celery onion turnip cabbage and on special occasions parsnips. That is why i had to taste other things.

I know how the basics taste and that one looks beauty but tastes meh.

Got me wanting to give this an attempt...now that we have a method to work with. Makes sense to wait for the mangoes to be digested, why didn't we think of that. Lol.

What kind of grinder do you guys use? We've been through several and haven't ran into something more than mediocre. What we're looking for:
- ergonomics - easy to grip and turn. Arthritis. Maybe even one with a crank.
- capacity - at least 2 fat J's worth of space
- ground texture - consistent, a few finger breaks are ok. Must cut the buds vs smashing them.
- kief catcher - something that actually works

Preferably cost friendly of course. But if there's a super solid hardcore pricey one we're not opposed to that either.

I have had 3 or 4 different ones. The one i found hands down better than anything else i have owned is the cheap plastic one made by storz & Bickel. Orange in color only two pieces. They are inexpensive so buy two of them. when they get to sticky just throw it in a container of soapy water. Let it soak for a couple of days and rinse and ready for duty. I have better ways of collecting kief so i don't worry on that end.
