Man there so much conflicting information about light/canopy night. You running co2 at all with them being that close? What size driver you board/driver you have?

240 on the veg light. But I had it turned down. They have come into contact with buds before and no noticeable burn.

I'll try that out. should I keep lowering until I see slight bleaching? IDC if the tips bleach alittle if that means the lower stuff swells alot more uk

I’d put it at least to 24”...if you are worried about the stress dim it after you drop the height and slowly ramp it back up.
To not have your light lower would be doing yourself a disservice since you took the time/effort to train your plants to have a nice canopy. I only have my lights that high when there’s multiple plants/strains that are varying in height etc.

U will prob notice leaf curl first , I totally agree w chronic wonders. U are doing a stellar job at training and creating a sog. U owe it to the plants to get em as close as possible. Man I'm really digging that light too btw!ok
